Please book via the website.
All bookings require full payment upfront.
24 hours within booking made – 100% refund (this does not include once arrived on site)
+ 60 days before date requested – 80% refund
30 – 60 before date requested – 60% refund
29 – 14 before date requested – 50% refund
13 days or less – no refund
Please note the cancellation policy applies to anyone wanting to cancel, regardless of the reason for cancelling.
The cancellation policy may vary when booked through a third party booking channel.
Up to 7 days prior to arrival, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date.
You can reschedule to a future date, within 9 months of your original booking date.
If a booking is rescheduled the cancellation policy no longer applies.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
All refunds and reschedules are subject to availability and at the business’s discretion.
All refund and reschedule requests must be received in writing.
The cancellation policy and reschedule policy apply in every circumstance.

Check-In & Checkout
Check-In – after 2.00 pm
Check-Out – before 10.00 am
All guests are sent a pre-check-in email on the day of arrival informing you on your room number.
Please make sure you check with staff if you wish for a late checkout.
Smoking and cooking is not permitted inside the rooms. If we have reasons to believe guests have smoked in the rooms we will charge the card on file a $150 fine to cover not being able to sell the room the same day.
We do not allow pets in the rooms.
Bright Cabin and Caravan Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee at the Managers discretion for cabins or sites left in an inappropriate manner.
